The Method

Six stages. Every call. Documented, not tribal knowledge.

We said the system runs on six stages, whether it's a cold call or a follow up. Here's the whole thing, written down.

What we actually believe

Five things that don't change, no matter the client.

The same six-step process, whether it ends in a phone call or a LinkedIn post.

Intelligence beats appointments
A well-qualified future opportunity beats a poorly timed meeting.
Respect earns callbacks
Pushy reps burn leads. Respectful reps build reputations.
Timing is everything
The job is finding the right people, and being there when they're ready.
Consistency compounds
One framework, run the same way, turns activity into insight.
Every interaction teaches us something
Yes, no or not yet, it all gets documented and used.
Conversational authority
Human, experienced, practical, never arrogant.
The six stages

The same six stages, every call.

First contact or the twentieth follow-up, the stages don't change. The words do.

1. Permission
Ask before proceeding, give them control. "Happy to chat for a minute, or should I call another time?"
2. Framing
Removes defensiveness before anything substantive is said. "If I give you a quick overview, you can tell me if it's worth a chat."
3. Opener
A statement plus a question, under 40 words, never asking for a meeting. "I'm sure you have a solution already, just wondered if you review that arrangement?"
4. Q&A
Five questions that unlock intelligence, the core of the call. See the five questions below.
5. Summarise
Reflect back what was heard, it proves the intel and builds trust. "So if I've understood correctly, the situation is [XYZ], is that roughly right?"
6. Close
One of three outcomes: meeting, future opportunity, or disqualify. "Sounds worth a further discussion, does that seem like a reasonable plan?"
The five questions

Five questions unlock the intelligence.

Once all five are answered, the prospect is verified in the database.

1. Who are you with right now?
2. What do you like about them?
3. What do you wish you could change?
4. If you were evaluating providers today, what would be one non-negotiable?
5. When's your contract up for review, can we circle back at the right time?

Every question ends one of five ways

Meeting
"It certainly sounds like it's worth a further discussion, does that sound like a reasonable plan?"
Future opportunity
Log a callback date, offer to send contact details by email.
Disqualify
Treated as a good outcome. It cleans the database and saves time later.
Why timing beats urgency

Not every prospect is ready today, and that's the point.

A simple view of any market, used in our own pitch decks. Most competitors only chase the top slice.

Most outbound shops only chase the 5% who are ready today, then call the rest a dead lead. We log everything and build the pipeline for the 70% who become ready later, then know exactly when to call back.

What we track

Reviewed weekly, not just at campaign end.

Dials made
Baseline activity. Without enough dials, nothing else matters.
Connect rate
A low rate signals bad data or the wrong call times.
Meetings booked
The primary commercial outcome.
Future opportunities
Where a lot of the real pipeline lives. Don't overlook it.
Not a script, a system

Same six stages on call one and call one hundred.

Only the words change for each market, not the method. That consistency is what makes the data usable, and it's why we can show you the whole thing instead of asking you to trust us.

See it in action

This is what runs underneath Pipeline Building.

LinkedIn Content runs on its own documented playbook, built the same way: consistent, written down, never guessed.
