James Sewell

Director

James focuses on shaping the overall strategic direction of Kester James, building a high-performing team, and working closely with clients to identify their ideal target markets, refine messaging, and enhance campaign ROI over time. He also assists clients in developing, refining, and optimizing their sales processes, while providing coaching to sales teams when needed.

When not working, James enjoys watching his kids at the skatepark, catching waves, mountain biking with his son, or sharing coffee and breakfast with his wife and their family dog, Rufus.

Vicky Truscott

Client Relationship Manager

Vicky oversees our client relationship management process, maintaining regular contact to ensure we consistently meet and exceed client expectations. Her top priority is ensuring every client feels fully supported to maximize the benefits of our lead generation, consulting, and coaching services.

Originally from England, Vicky moved to Australia seven years ago and now calls the South Coast of NSW home, after spending several years in Sydney. An outdoor enthusiast, she often enjoys exploring nature with her rescue dog, Muffin.

Josh Saacks

Partnership Manager

Josh helps us identify and connect with our ideal clients—businesses seeking to generate more leads or boost their sales ROI. He exemplifies our approach by primarily using cold outreach to engage prospects and guiding qualified leads through our B2B sales process.

Josh is an avid surfer, a part-time professional photographer, and a dedicated reserve fireman, often on call at all hours.

I've spent my entire career in sales, starting in recruitment, moving through broking at Lloyd's of London, leading sales for global insurance brokers, and ultimately building my own businesses. I've always been driven by the thrill, challenge, and satisfaction that sales brings.
