James Sewell

Director

As well as focusing on the overall strategic direction of Kester James, and building a great team, James works with our clients to find their ideal target market(s),refine messaging and improve campaign ROI over time. James also helps our clients build, refine, and improve their sales “machine”, and coach sales staff when needed.

When he isn’t working, James can typically be found at the skatepark watching his kids, catching a few waves, mountain biking with his son, or enjoying a coffee and brekkie with his wife and the family dog ‘Rufus’.

Vicky Truscott

Client Relationship Manager

Vicky manages our client relationship management process, keeping in regular contact with our clients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding their expectations. Chief amongst Vicky’s goals is to make sure every client has feels they are getting the support they need to make the most of our lead generation, consulting and coaching.

Originally from England, Vicky settled in Australia seven years ago, settling on the south coast of NSW, after several years in Sydney. Vicky loves the outdoors and is regularly out and about with her rescue dog, Muffin.

Josh Saacks

Partnership Manager

Josh helps us find and connect with our ideal clients; businesses who are looking to get more leads or ramp up their sales ROI. Josh practices what we preach; using primarily cold outreach to connect with our prospects, then take those that qualify through our B2B sales process.

Josh is an avid surfer, moonlights as a part-time professional photographer, and is often called out at all hours in his role as a reserve fireman.

I’ve been in sales all my working life in one way or another.

From my first job in recruitment, through broking at Lloyd’s of London, to leading sales for global insurance brokers, then onto building my own businesses, I’ve always loved the thrill, challenge, and satisfaction of sales.

And I have long believed that using outside, specialist expertise to complement in house sales or service teams is the fastest way for most B2B businesses to successfully grow, and get the results you are striving for.
